The staff is always kind, professional and welcoming. The doctors genuinely care about my pet and offer sound solutions and advice in efforts to keep my pup as healthy as can be. I highly recommend them! Keep up the great work!
We bring both our dogs here, after we moved we thought about looking for a new vet but ended up bringing them back here each year. The staff is friendly and genuinely care about your pet. We also find the prices to be reasonable and not overly expensive like some other vets. Thank you for your services!
I had an emergency with my French bulldog and I was able to get in and see the veterinarian so quickly. They took great care and provided the necessary care my boy needed. Because of them we were able to get what we needed done. I do not go anywhere else except Heart Lake Veterinary for my boy’s needs. Thank you so much for everything!
The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with my dogs care. Whenever I need to go to heart lake veterinary hospital I know I can trust them to take care of my dog and give me answers to any problem my dog is having. I’m very satisfied with their service.
Everyone at Heart Lake Veterinary Clinic is knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to genuinely care about and enjoy working with animals, from the front desk staff to the veterinary doctors. I feel confident that my senior kitty is receiving the best care at this clinic. If only I could find a human clinic in Brampton that was half as good for myself…
After trying out a few clinics, I knew Heart Lake was different!
I have 2 cats (1 that is extremely fussy and anxious) and they have always taken them both in with ease. It not only makes me less anxious and more comfortable, but also allows Dallas (my anxious cat) to feel safer as well. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and understanding! I am always apologizing for my cats behaviour (cat mom lol), but nonetheless, they continue to speak highly of her and calm my nerves! They have helped solve many issues and have taught me some handy tricks.
Overall, I highly recommend Heart Lake Vet to anyone. Thank you to the team and all your dedication – it means a lot!
Dr. Varma and the entire staff at Heart Lake Vet has taken great care of Colt for most of his life. They are very caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They always look out for his best interests, and mine. You can see they truly love all the animals. I’m so glad we have Heart Lake Vet to turn to with trust for care and guidance.
